  • What are your return and exchange policies?
    1. Returns 1.1 Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It must also be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. ​ 1.2 Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. ​ 2. Refunds 2.1 Approval Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. ​ 2.2 Refund Time: Refunds may take 5 business days to be processed, depending on your payment provider. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. ​ 3. Exchanges We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please follow the return process, and then place a new order. ​ 4. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item. ​ 5.
